  1. How to make payment for the jackets purchased?

You can make the payment through PayPal or Credit Card. We use SSL-secured check-out so you can make the payment without any worries.

  1. I love jackets, but I am not sure about the perfect size for me!

You can go through our size chart to know your size. Still if you have any problems regarding the size, no worries. You can leave us a message that you’re unsure about the size at (enter email) and our customer care representative will assist you in getting a perfectly fitted jacket.

  1. Can the item be returned if I don’t like it or if it’s of the wrong size?

We have a return policy for 30 days of delivery. You can conveniently return or exchange regular orders within 30-days of delivery to ensure full refund or exchange. Personalized or customized product may not be returned for refund or exchanged under any circumstances.

  1. How long will it take for a jacket to reach my place?

All our regular orders are usually shipped within 5-to-10 business days. In rare cases, it can take up-to 20 business days, we will keep our customers updated in all such situations. We struggle to minimize fulfilment time for our custom orders too and usually dispatch made-to-measure orders within 2-to-4 weeks and bespoke orders within 8-to-12 weeks. Once the order is shipped, it usually takes 3-to-5 business days for doorstep delivery.

  1. What to do if the order remains undelivered?

You can always check your order status. To check this, all you need to do is go to the Track-order Page and Enter your Order Id & Last Name to check the actual state of your order. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status. If your item remains undelivered by the due date, feel free to write us at (enter email).

  1. What to do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out all existing issues with faulty items immediately. Report any fault by contacting our Customer Care team by sharing the following:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name and number
  • A description of the fault (along with the pictures)

We’ll get back to you within 24-hours and once the details are verified, we will send you a replacement item at the earliest.

  1. Why was my payment declined? What should I do?
  • Incorrect billing address and phone number: Make sure that the billing address is the same as listed in your payment and delivery details.
  • Credit card limit reached: You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.
  • Credit/Debit Card Number: Make sure that the credit/debit card number is correct and up-to-date.
  • Credit/Debit Card Expiration date: Cross verify expiry date on your credit/debit card. If your card has been expired, update your credit/debit card information to continue using it.
  • PayPal account out of funds: Make sure your PayPal account is fully funded and active.
  1. Will my order be charged for customs and import duty?

In most-cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel arrives at its destination. Any charges against the order must be paid by the recipient (this also applies to retail-and-wholesale customers). Falcon Jacket has no control on any of these charges. Custom policies and import duties vary widely from a country to another. We advise you to contact your local customs office to inquire about charges to avoid any surprise cost.
